Here at The Penthouses. our apartments are three bedrooms, 170 squares meters in size and right on the beach. The master bedroom has an ensuite, The master bedroom have air conditioner and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Each apartment is fully self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer. All have balconies overlooking the beach. Other facilities on site include a full-size tennis court can lite up at night till 9pm with tennis racquet hire at the shop, games room, heated swimming pool & Spa, direct access to the beach (no busy roads to cross), north & south running buses which are right out the front of the building. We are about 15 minutes walk to either Surfers Paradise or the Broadbeach.
