There are three levels of living; magnificent polished timber floors to the main living area - the landings - & the two staircases (one at the front & one at the back).
From the inviting foyer we travel along a lovely tiled walk way that leads to a sliding door out to the entertaining and POOL area; two new bedrooms with a separate toilet and bathroom; the back staircase leading to the third level.
Off the first landing is the main living area kitchen/dining/lounge - open plan living at its best. The kitchen is near new with pristine bench tops, beautiful stainless steel (no streaks!!), double dishwasher draws and an island unit. There's plenty of room for a large dining table and comfortable seating in the lounge.
The top level can be accessed by both staircases - in between the staircases there's a large landing that could be a lovely reading area or study area and has polished timber floors.
