An Oldie but a Fantastic Location.
Not the prettiest home but certainly in the prettiest of streets close to Lake Gwelup Reserve and Karrinyup Shopping Centre. I would think 750 of my steps would take me to either destination and maybe less to the bus on Karrinyup Road to Stirling Station. Trigg Beach 4klms, schools, shops and recreation nearby. An oldie but a goodie that offers a neat kitchen, lounge, three good sized bedrooms and my owner is asking a very reasonable rent indeed given the location. Perfect for a couple who want a top suburb location without the work of gardens to manicure. Just keep the house neat, clean and the garden alive/mown and pay the rent on time please. I have shown some pictures of Lake Gwelup taken from a nearby street and one that shows a city skyline. These are for illustration purposes of how beautiful the vicinity is. The home is available to applicants with good past rental references, verifiable income and who would qualify for a police clearance certificate if we asked for one.
