Close to Wickham and Brookes St corporates, Woolworths and the Gasworks is a short walk away and everything that James St and the Valley offers in the way of entertainment and eateries is within easy reach. The building has on-site management which removes the need to negotiate through a real estate office.
The Master Bedroom is very generous and has a large ensuite, built-in wardrobe, easily accommodates a King Bed, bedside tables and dresser. Living/kitchen area is on a separate level downstairs and opens onto a balcony. You will only require bedroom furniture as living areas are furnished.
