The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a vanity, separate toilet. There is also a separate outdoor laundry.This property is on a double block and the owners visit most weekends and need to access to the house at the rear of the block. Lawn mowing is Included in the rental and also payment of the water bill. RENTAL REFERENCES MUST BE PROVIDED.
