Hidden at the end of a quiet country lane
amidst the serenity of Sherbrooke forest, this quaint century old cottage
tucked away in a private garden containing both European and indigenous plantings. Regular garden maintenance will be included in the lease.
The cottage features two bedrooms, separate sunroom, study nook, bathroom and a lounge room with picture windows framing the surrounding gardens and the kookaburras, rosellas - even the occasional lyrebirds that frequent the area.
The large deck area and windows along the front of the house are shaded in summer by deciduous Japanese
maples trees. When the leaves have fallen, the winter sun warms the living and bedroom areas while providing a sheltered, sunny outside area.
The cottage has a separate kitchen with ample cupboard space, gas cook top and refrigerator.
There is a separate laundry, with dryer included, accessed from the covered back veranda. There is also a lockable shed available for your use.
