This house LOOKS like one house from the street but is actually 2. The top half of the house is for rent & the owners live downstairs. The 2 houses are completely separate. The top half of the house has 4 bedrooms, large formal lounge room, massive family room with access to the rear balcony with river views, timber kitchen with dishwasher, simply huge master bedroom with ensuite and both other bedrooms are double size.
