... elevated, wonderful views to the front ... open no traffic passage to the back ... and well away from the day to day grind of traffic! This location is magical. It is not often these days that we can say (and be) away from the hub of suburbia!
Your new townhouse ... well this is pretty special! There are three levels - entry, garaging, lounge and dining room area are on the first, family; kitchen; laundry; WC and outdoor entertaining in the middle with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs - all very practical. There are three bedrooms upstairs and you'll enjoy an ensuite and walk thru robe in the master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms each include built-in robes and are carpeted with vertical drape window treatments. The heating throughout is 'super-effective' ducted mains gas - but - with morning winter sunshine rolling through each morning it is arguable whether we'll ever really know just how good it is - the climate inside being so mild. Summer time of course is comfortably handled with evaporative cooling - and this is terrific.
