I have a very nice appartment in Richmond close to public transport and Victoria Gardens shopping centre. I am looking for a Male or Female flatmate between 25-45, long term lease. I am looking for someone who is full time employed and easy going, prefer non smoker, clean and tidy and respectful of others, looks after peoples property. Appartment is fully furnished so you only need bed room needs.
Rent is $220 per week plus expenses ($954 per month) and bond is $1000
Room is avaliable 26th March.
Inspection time can be arranged most nights.
