I am looking for a flatmate to share 2 BR Flat with in North Melbourne. The rent is $180 ea. weekly plus splitting bills The Flat is furnished though bed & bedroom furniture will be required. The person will not be allowed pets and preferably professional occupation. The Flat is located close to public transport and hospital precinct. I am working fulltime as a draftsman. I like sport, music and meeting friends.
The room is available from late January 2014.
