Available is a spare bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Hawthorn East. It is located in a leafy street near the corner of Toorak and Bourke Roads - a 2 minute walk to Burke Road and then a 9 minute tram ride to Camberwell Station; or alternatively – or a 15 minute walk to Gardiner Station. It takes about 30 minutes to commute into the CBD during peak hours.
The house is fully furnished and contains a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas, central heating, air conditioning, courtyard with BBQ and lawn mower!
The room available has a double bed with a built in robe and a dresser, if required. All you need are your clothes and maybe a TV for your room, if required. Rent is $250 per week with gas, electricity and water included. References shall be required, as will 4 week’s rent in advance.
Currently residing is a professional woman. I am seeking a full-time employed non-smoking, English speaking person who has no pets or children, who is sociable and understands shared living/privacy.
