You would be sharing with two 23 yrd old easy-going medical students, one male, one female, with the plan of finding a 4th housemate in the longer term. You will also share with a one year old golden labrador retriever puppy who lives strictly in the backyard.
We are a 5 minute walk to Yeerongpilly train station and have great access to a number of bus routes, as well as being within walking distance to the University of Queensland via the Green bridge.
Rooms are unfurnished with built-in wardrobes, and comfortably fit a queen size bed with other furniture. The house is fully furnished including washer,dryer, dishwasher, airconditioning, all kitchen equipment etc. There is a double lock up garage and space down stairs to bring furniture. Wireless internet is available, and we usually split the bill each month. There are also two furnished outside entertaining areas, a breezy deck upstairs, and a BBQ area downstairs which opens onto the backyard. There are also two furnished and spacious lounge/rumpus rooms, with a full size pool table on the way.
Rent is $150/week plus bond. Both short and long term leases would be fine, just let us know what you're after.
There is also the option of a gorgeous master bedroom with own bathroom, own private balcony, and walk in wardrobe for $210/wk.
