The house is quite dated but is in a good clean condition.
The front yard is nicely presented and the rear yard is very large but reasonably low maintenance. There is no undercover parking but there is a good size shed.
The second and third bedrooms have built-in robes.
This is a neat and tidy home in a great location and we are looking for a 12 month lease to start with.
Pets are negotiable but the fencing may not be adaquete to keep a dog in.
