Hi! I'm looking for someone to share a large, furnished, newly-renovated home with a huge backyard, off-street parking, garage with heaps of storage space and a workshop. There is a very large bedroom plus big study on offer. The kitchen is the only un-renovated area but is totally functional and has a dishwasher.
I'm an easy-going, friendly and social full-time IT professional. I've lived in lots of share houses over the years and preferably looking for someone who has as well, or at least is house-trained!
The house:
- Fully furnished - you'll only need to furnish your rooms
- Polished floorboards throughout
- Large lounge & dining
- Plasma TV
- New bathroom with separate bath
- Wireless internet
- Internal laundry with washing machine
- New air conditioning
- Ducted heating
- Non-smoking (outdoors is ok)
The rooms:
- The bedroom is huge at roughly 5m x 4m with big built in robes.
- The adjacent study is also big at around 4m x 3.5m, has built in robes, and it's all yours to do with as you please.
I am:
- 35 year old professional male
- Easy-going, friendly & social
- Work in IT (but normal!)
Looking for:
- Professional male or female
- Someone who has lived in share houses before
- Clean and tidy (don't have to be a neat freak!)
- Considerate of housemate (i.e. me!)
