Unit is in an old 70's apartment block, nothing fancy but comfortable. Room is furnished but if you have your own stuff that wont be a problem. Living area is large and sunny. Room includes the lock up garage which I dont use. 5 min walk to Toorak rd & No 8 Tram. 10-15 walk to either Richmond or South Yarra train stations.
Will be sharing with laid back, easy going non-smoking 33yr old male profesional. Work your standard hours mon-fri 8-5. Enjoy a fairly active life style, either at the gym or MTBing most nights during the week. Admittedly not the neatest person but generally keep that to my room.
Ideally looking for a non-smoking 30-35yr old profesional. Sorry, no couples.
