WATERFRONT HOME WITH WOW FACTOR
This fabulous waterfront home certainly left us with a lasting impression.
From the moment we drove up the driveway we were in awe of the lovely gardens, manicured lawns and neatly trimmed hedges.
Then there was the wow factor when we stepped inside and looked beyond the stunning open plan living area to the breathtaking view of the south arm of the Clarence River, which immediately catches your eye due to the extensive use of windows and glass doors that beautifully capture the outdoor scenery.
With the warmth of polished timber floors and soft wall tonings the living area is very inviting offering a spacious area for a family room overlooking the water, with a separate dining area and a lovely contemporary kitchen with raised breakfast bar, walk-in pantry plus space for a fridge and freezer.
In addition there is a separate formal air-conditioned lounge room with double cavity sliding doors so it can be closed off from the other living area.
In this same wing of the home there is the 5th bedroom, which is currently utilised as an office but has a small walk-in robe.
