The apartment is super-sized at 101sqm inside - about 50% larger than most 2 bedrooms. It is light and breezy with high ceilings, art deco finishes and a private floor plan (the bathroom is between the two bedrooms).
Catch a ferry to Circular Quay or walk to Edgecliff train station in 10 mins. Or catch the bus from Greenoaks Ave or New South Head Rd. There is unrestricted resident's street parking. Cafes, Sheaf and Royal Oak pubs, shops and Woolworths, Coles, Aldi are 5-10 minutes walk. The park is around the corner.
The available bedroom is large, esp when compared with other apartments and very reasonably priced. It has 2 windows that welcome the afternoon sun and brand new mirrored built-in wardrobes.
