The house has floorboards throughout, a modern bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher. There is off-street parking.
Ideal if you are moving to Sydney or if you are only in town for a limited time, the house will be rented fully furnished for a 6 month period (including washing machine and fridge). Phone and internet can be provided at cost. The house will not be rented as a share house.
