This is a brick, 3 bedroom house, with an open-plan lounge/kitchen, lush backyard and little vegie patch (grey water nourished). It's a bit rough round the edges but airy and comfy. The bathroom is what real estate folk would describe as 'functional'. Not great, but fine, with a little bath to boot. The laundry is outside. There's also a shed in the backyard. The house has a clunky old split system air conditioner that we guiltily turn on for a bit on the hottest of hot days. There's right of way access at rear and pets are welcome. It's just off Sydney Road between Hope St and Albion St, a short walk to a great local IGA, loads of fresh fruit and veg shops and a big variety of Lebanese and Indian food. It's literally a 2 minute walk to Anstey train station (Upfield line) and the Sydney Rd tram. It's also a few blocks from Brunswick Baths and right on the Upfield bike path (which runs alongside the train line). It's also opposite a fairly large residential development under construction.
