The townhouse is two storey, three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom (ensuite, upstairs b/room and powder room downstairs), two fantastic living area's, amazing kitchen and gorgeous back courtyard and fenced off front patio area. Great place for entertaining or just chilling out. Very relaxed environment. Looking for chilled, relaxed housemate. Preferable age 30 to early 40's, F, professionally employed. I work long hours, so am looking for a housemate that i can come home and relax with and not party all night every night with. (although i do enjoy socialising regularly!)
