Priorities change and the owner of this exceptional Halpine Lake Townhome has made the decision to leave the relative security, safety and convenience of this excellent, on-site managed complex for the extra workload and time consuming ardour of a property with a much larger yard.
She has decided that to keep herself busy, she needs much more yard to look after as she has become bored with the low-maintenance, easy-care garden and frustrated that the extended gardens are all care-free and managed by the on-site manager.
She will forego the convenience of the Halpine Lake location which is minutes walk to the Mango Hill State School and St Benedicts School and close to the upcoming Mango Hill Train Station.
We think her crazy, but she is also deciding to forego the cool comfort of the swimming pool the complex provides too!
She must spend too much time inside the property's air conditioned comfort to realize how hot it is outside!
That or she just enjoys kicking back in one of the two outdoor courtyards which take in the fantastic East-West breezes too much to work up a sweat - well she's certainly not working up a sweat maintaining the gardens that's for sure, that's all done with very little effort indeed!
She would even entertain the idea of renting the property back after the sale has proceeded meaning a vacancy-free transition for a future landlord.
