Hi I'm Gemma, I'm looking for a new female flatmate to live with me in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Toowong. I am 29 yrs old, work full time and go out a bit on weekends. My current long term flatmate has just gotten married and is moving out.
I am looking for someone who is mid 20s to mid 30s and relatively clean and tidy. The unit is a 12 minute walk to shops or public transport and only a short drive into the city.
The 2 bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit. The bedroom available has built in wardrobes and its own balcony. The main toilet and bathroom will be all yours. The lounge/dining area is pretty large. The unit is carpeted. The kitchen has a generous amount of bench space. There is a garage, whoever has the nicest car can have it, and the other person can park on the street or in the visitor's bay.
The date for room availability is negotiable (August is preferable).
