The floors are of quality polished timber, the windows are double glazed, the ceilings are tall, the bathroom has a full sized bath. Kitchen has a gas stove with range hood.
We will add new venetian blinds as a standard fitting, unless you don't want them, to save you the need for curtains and to provide adjustable light and privacy.
The bedroom and the loungeroom have new ceiling fans, and the apartment is newly painted.
The building is well maintained and has been newly painted inside and new common area carpet.
The building has new solar hot water so your gas bill will be very small.
