We are metres from the university, hospitals, police station, public transport and North Melbourne life, walk to the Vic Market. It is ideal for doctors, professors or professionals - comfortable and low maintenance.
We are looking for a non-smoking male at least 25 to share a large apartment.
Room is the entire top floor. Has own ensuite, balcony, closet and reverse cycle A/C. Can be furnished or not - price starts at $300 and includes utilities. Bond will be 2 months rent (includes last month).
The apartment is fantastic, brand new and is well furnished. Great kitchen with gas, nice living space and quiet. We already have the apartment sorted, just the top floor is empty. We have a garage with room for push or motor bikes. Not enough room for another car, but there is a lot of parking around.
We are 2 people (male 32, female 29) with 2 short hair cats - they are toilet trained so no smell. We are both professionals with grad + degrees, he is in HR and she is a medical scientist. When we are not working, we are often out on our bikes, gym, swimming, netball, frisbee, etc. When we are not doing any of that, we are probably eating or sleeping. We like to keep things drama-free and talk through anything that comes up.
