The position in Poinsettia Crescent is the ideal location, always quiet, always a cooling breeze in summer and protected from the harsh southerly weather. It's a part of the village that is not affected by the changes that holiday times can bring to these coastal havens. Do we take the bush track to Back Beach or stroll down to Main Beach for the early morning surf? A big decision but easy to do from 16 Poinsettia Crescent?
The home is set on an easy care, 647m2 allotment. Guest area has been created downstairs with a good size bedroom and bathroom. The original garage has been converted to entertainment and relaxing area. A place where many a travellers tales has brought smiles all round.
Many an early morning coffee has been enjoyed on the first floor front verandah. A view to the east and north over the reserve and the most pleasant sounds of bird song and a rolling ocean in the background. 翻译中文
