From the laundry are there is an adjoining door to the granny flat of the property. This granny flat is NOT available to this rental property and is currently let out to another tenant. The laundry is be shared with this tenant. There are separate outdoor areas for each tenant and these are clearly marked on a map we can provide. There are also shared areas of garden and driveway. Each tenant would need to respect each others privacy and be mindful of each other.
