Utilised rouse realty as property managers for a rental property in our portfolio over a couple of year period.. Had no apparent problems and all correspondence was pleasant and appeared helpful... until there were issues with a "problem" tenant. Issues with damage, missing inspection paperwork, blundered exiting and entry reports, verbal requests for specific information (all entry and exit reports, specific pics of damage/readies/heavy marks) to be conveyed fell on deaf ears... after a lengthy email trail and dealings direct with the owner of the company.. We we're left with having to deal with the finalisation of the exiting problem tenants and damage to the property well outside fair wear and tare, as the owner chose to end the management and leave us high and dry...
Be VERY careful with this company, ensure to keep a close rein on the services you are charged for, ensure documentation is kept, if your experience is even slightly similar to ours you'll need it...
