Due to owner that was ment to move tree by council law but thinks he can just shit on tenant after tenant thay never got anything bo sorry nothen lj hay plus the shower lecks trew to bedroom barthroom wall bedroom wall if you lean on it your fall trew the smell of the mould is beyond a joke.so its 3 bedroom as that room is unliveable as long as the oweners right this has been a problem with the last 10 poor people struggleing as it is plus the drive way leaks up to the thousand and dont worry you will held reponsable for his problems he has to fix by law ring council all old tenants tell them about his leacking driveway that is waiting that much water its not funny lets get the dice rolling fix your house up should we contact thess thats where he works.next post ill have his full do not rent trew it he is a horrible money maker.

Signed a lease that states tenants DO NOT pay for water than when we ask for bond back they try charging us for nearly a years worth of water. ill be fighting this until i get all my bond back. besides that getting constantly lied to about what is happening with our bond. never returned any phone calls we had to constantly phone for updates. we never missed a rent payment, we were always clean tenants and this is the way we get treated i Will never rent through lj hooker nerang again. | | | >>更多评论... | |
