We recently moved out of a rented property. This manager is a real piece of work. After spending more than 40 hours cleaning the property she had the hide to list that everything was dirty or needed replacing. Little did Belinda know that we have photos of every fault from the day we moved in. We will be fighting her claims in the tribunal all the way to the bitter end.
Typically the whole saga is just a cash grab in regards to not returning our bond. It also seems that Belinda is friends of the landlord, both being Chinese.
The property we rented was 15-20 years old. She expected it to be like brand new.
Like most apartments in the area they have cracks in the tiles and walls. I\'m sure Belinda would love to bill us for that as well!
Best avoid LjHooker Parramatta at all costs. They are thieves. | | |
