First off I am young and this is my first rental experience. To being with we had a friend over for four days from over seas, I was unaware that your not allowed guests in your own home. My partner was served with a breech notice and the management of the real estate came to the door unannounced and rudely tells my friend to "pack his bags ad get out". I later asked about the terms of the breech and wanted to know how it effects our future renting and if I can remedy it at all but was met with rude attitude and comments and also him threatening me with an eviction notice because I asked questions. After this ordeal I made effort to avoid him.
After letting them know we weren't renewing the lease we've had the inspection process.. Items moved and worse of all coming home after a weekend away to being locked out of my own house.
How I know someone was in there was there's a double lock system on the front door.. Which can only be locked by keys from the outside, I also only carry the key for and lock one lock. I called the management and he basically didn't offer a hand just said no ones been in there.
In the end First National Real Estate Bayside.. No you don't "Put us First" and if your renting prepare yourself for little respect or privacy. | | |
