He is the main person working here; he has not got much other staff at all so he is not answerable to any collaagues or seniors, so he is totally out of control nigthmare.
When moving out, I requested my advance rent and bond back, he literally tried to steal from not just me but also landlord by claiming he has to charge for agency fees, advertising fees and gave totally vague words on why he can't give advance rent back.
He is not answerable to anyone in his one man agency so he is totally out of control; nightmare for landlord and tenant. I oath God he is one of the worst, most abusive humans I ever met in life. I can show all evidence.
