First National Real Estate Ford & Dougherty opened its doors in 1877 under the name Henry Maurice Auctioneer and is now the longest standing real estate agency in Grafton. The vision of owners Mike Dougherty, Chris Dougherty and Rod Ford is to provide the highest quality real estate experience to their clients, whilst utilising innovative techniques and modern marketing that is generally only available to metropolitan home owners. In 2014, Bailey & Gough First National was fortunate enough to merge with the longstanding LJ Hooker Grafton, and as of 2015, was known as First National Real Estate Ford & Dougherty.
