Before I signed the lease, she told us we could have a video inspection, but she only sent us two videos shows the property nice and clean as she mentioned she was not in the property. However after collecting the key we found it is all mould everywhere in the oven, on the windows and doors. Four lights were broken, toilet lip was broken, fans in the bathroom were broken lots of cockroach ran around the whole property. And we know the bathroom leaked before and they change new carpet and reprint the wall to cover the truth, luckily we found the truth as a cockrooach ran inside the carpet. Under the new carpet was serious black mould. This is some of my unbelieveable experience from here. And they also want us pay 4 week bonds before we found the truth under the new carpet. And she also want me pay $100 as she mentioned we broke a little hole on the wall during moving out. During this time we suffered huge mental and physical pressure. My wife and my one year baby were both sick because we travelled from Canberra to Wollongong so many times during this period and we had less than 5 hours sleeping time everyday for solving this problem. My baby emesis three times as we traveled more than 3000km in less than one week. And I also got allergy during my moving out. Hope other tenants will not meet the problem like us. Still now no apology from the agent. | | |
