James Dean Residential has evolved from James Dean Tingalpa which commenced trading as a full service Real Estate Agency at the current location in Tingalpa on 3rd September 1973. The family tradition in Real Estate began at Cleveland in 1920 with Tony's Great Grandfather, Edwin Dean. His Grandfather, Harding Dean, then opened in Wynnum in the 1960's. Tony's father, James Dean, opened the Tingalpa office in 1973. James, after 41 years in the real estate industry, has retired and sold the business to his son Tony.
