首先，这家中介要求我们在签约租房合同之前就交bond，根据fairtrading上面的要求，我们不是必须在签合同之前交bond的。因此，我们提出了拒绝，然而服务我们的Gemma Crawford-Liu对我们提出的要求回答的十分不耐心。而且，我们每次给对方发邮件，对方很少回复，都是打电话来回复的，从不会在邮件上留下证据的。建议其他的人不要来这家租房。
