I love this school so much,I love all the teachers I’ve had.
I make friends easy!
But some teachers are rude and yell a lot at tiny children.

This is a good school. Blaming life leaders is not fair. Life leaders are there to help the kids do better not to bully them. I think they do a good job of solving problems in a fair way.

This is a lovely school i would recommend this school to year prep to year 6. There are no bullies i've seen but this school is very good. Children are friendly and the education is excellent.

All teachers at aitken creek are fantastic, I think it's a little bit childish to talk about other parents on a public site that is used specifically to rate our school, let's perhaps let the teachers & staff know how great we think they are instead, & miss canals is an excellent teacher my son loved being in her grade a few years ago, All of my children love their new classrooms & their teachers for 2015. Keep up the great work, & to all teachers staff & students have a great year!

Welcome back to school everyone, my kids have had a wonderful starrt to the year. There has been great planning and organisation ready for all the new kids. Well done to the leadership of the school. My kids both have new teacehrs this year and they are fantastic. The kids love the new playground too.

My daughter had miss canals last year and we have nothing but praise for miss Canals she is an absolutely outstanding teacher and I won't let a parent who has a grudge against a teacher who does a excellent job with the kids go unanswered.
This particular mum has a problem with any one who doesn't give her SON not her daughter what he wants. I feel very very sorry for the teacher who has got this mother and son this and every other year I think its unfair that a mum who has a personal vandeter can get on and quite possibly destroy a carrier down the track personally I hate bullies and this mum must have been bullied and now is looking for an easy target l like miss Canals.
All I can say is miss Canals keep up the good work you are an awesome teacher and if my daughter could have you again this year we would certainly put her with you again at a drop of a hat don't let any one put you down all in all 110/100 for you miss Canals.

A teacher named Miss Canals who currently teaches grade prep is quite rude to the kids. My child complains that she is very mean to the children and doesn't have any manners. She puts the kids down and my child can't wait for the year to end as she is scared of her

I too have volunteered some mornings in the class and it amazes me how quiet, polite and well mannered all the students are in their classrooms. The teachers I have come across so far are amazing and my son absolutely loves coming to school everyday. The staff at reception have been friendly, informative and helpful each time.

Are you talking about the same school? I often volunteer in the mornings at my children's classrooms and have a good picture of what goes on. I do not hear teachers yelling, teachers are friendly and caring towards the children. Office staff have always been helpfull and polite.

I believe that the majority of teaching is great but with most teacher in this school are rather rude there are lovely teachers also but hear to many complaints of teachers growling ..
And very critical , I see not much of a structure with the school .

This school is excellent regarding literacy. Some of the teachers are fantastic but others are constantly yelling at the children. I really wish that this school didn't adopt the 'composite' system. The special needs children or trouble children really distract the classes. The learning neighborhood also causes distraction as the open classrooms let in all the noise and interferes with learning. The principal is fantastic but a little laid back and needs to take more control. The reception staff are very moody and unwelcoming, something needs to be said to them as they represent the first impression people get of the school. Parking is shocking and disorganized. As this is a growing school, speedy planning needs to take place as this a major problem and causing havvock at drop off/pick up.
