This is a rough school.
OC classes have been eradicated in 2017. Stages are composite classes eg.4/5. No student differentiation. No accelerated learning. Students who finish work before their peers can go on devices or help other students till the class catches up. 1 class had 3 teachers every week. Smart kids are bored,frustrated and are under stimulated. Swearing from students is a daily occurrence. The Principal will not return calls, help staff help the students. The Principal is passive aggressive toxwards staff,resulting in a lot of great teachers and staff to be transferred.
If u want your child to be rude,fall behind in class, and talk with their hands (shoving,punching,kicking) this is the best school to enrol into. I have been researching schools in the area and I have to say that I found these reviews very concerning. I do not want my little one in an environment where bullying, abusive, aggressive behavior are common place. I wouldn't really have expected people to have had such negative experiences in what is usually considered to be a good, nice & safe place to live. Friends from playgroup have often commented that they wish they lived in my area. Most suburbs & schools in the Camden municipality are often recommended,sought after & something the community is very proud of. The review written by the student is hopefully a bad joke because they clearly cannot spell, use proper grammar or even so much as a full stop. This child is claiming to be in the sixth grade?! This all has me feeling very worried & thinking I will look for an alternative option.
