There weren't many teachers that actually cared about the students - not that I blame them most of the time. The behaviour of the students is getting worse and none of them know what they're aiming for half of the time. If you want to practice using past papers, forget it because all of the departments are always over-budget and the library is home to a cold librarian who masks her hatred of children with passive aggressive speech and fake smiles who won't let you print them. I had little to no help during my GCSEs (thank you Mr McBride and Miss Cooke for going above an beyond for me). Not enough extra-curricular activities or opportunities for students. They would really benefit from encouraging things like the DofE.
