None of these fdc are any good. They are all bunch of cheats that give out wrong information, no follow up and regular checks on educators to provide quality care childcare. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. It's a shame that such operators don't hold valid qualifications. They hold a meaningless piece of paper because I haven't seen them demonstrate their knowledge of children's services. Bunch of incompetent operators. They only exist because of someone good hard working coordinators whom I have dealt with in past.

I'm so glad I left this company, I personally think that Habsa (leyla) needs to stop being lazy and start doing her job properly. She's never available to take our calls or when we come in to see her they say she's not there when we can see her poking head up near the window to see who it is, which is so stupid and unprofessional!! Whoever is considering YOUNGSTAR good luck to ya lol all you would be doing is begging for your pays, heck! it won't even surprise me if the staff have to beg for their pays too lmao I mean they're always late to meeting they hold for us educators zzz every time I call Habsa in the morning's she hasn't turned up to work yet and this is around 11ish, when they tell me to call back I do between 2 - 3pm and they say that's she's left for the day, I mean WTH!!!!!!! No wonder their are alot of stuff ups coz your never at work to actually get any work done!!! Overall bad fdc and they suck, will definitely not recommend this to anyone. Best friends are way way better!!!!!

One word no good and for those who are saying or blaming islanders for the bad reviews news flash most of the islanders are doing there job then the other educators out there so stop talking down on islanders and talk about your own kind if you's like Youngstar fdc then good on you's but some people have been treated badly from them
