Jack and Jill childcare centre is the most caring, nurturing centre I have. I have never being so proud of a service I have worked in.
The centre is very family oriented, directors of the centre go above and beyond for all families, especially when they are in need the directors are often helping families with meals when needed.

My family had the most disappointing experience with this centre. I had many visits to this centre prior to my child's commencement. On each occasion I ensured that I revisited the point that my child is a reserved child who was very nervous to start care. I booked my child into care paying all expenses as necessary before the commencement of the new year with the understanding that paying a bond would lock in a spot. One week prior to commencing care I was informed that the spot was no longer available due to overbooking even though I checked with them a few weeks prior for a date to start. I was left in a difficult position of finding alternative care as this occurred just after the reopening of the centres in the new year. Being an early childhood teacher myself I have never heard of this happening during my teaching experience or through comments from friends and family. My family is understanding that mistakes can happen and attempted to resolve this peacefully. However, the director was completely incompetent, unhelpful, rude and unapologetic. The director did not have any compassion for my child especially since I had made it clear regarding their emotional needs. The director did not attempt to rectify the problem or try to keep our family within the centre. The only thing the director did was refund our money promptly. I have had prior experiences with other centres for my oldest child and there is no comparison. I would never recommend Jack and Jill as I would be concerned about the non caring attitude of the director to children and their families.
