Our Home
The place we call home is a three bedroom, two bath furnished home. Each room has either a queen or full sized bed. There is a tidy kitchen with everything you need, including pans, pots, plates and cutlery. The deck, which is just off the tv room and master bedroom has a large table for outdoor dining and beyond the leafy neighbourhood are views of the ocean.
Downstairs (one of the bedrooms) could be considered to be an apartment, with a queen sized bed, toilet/shower and laundry facilities.
Avalon Beach Village
Avalon is the iconic beach village, with fine and casual dining, boutique shops, a movie theatre and one amazing beach after another. Our home is a 10-15 minute stroll to the village or beach.
Our Neighbourhood
Our home is nestled among the gum trees in a quiet friendly neighbourhood within Avalon. There is Alfonzos coffee shop a couple blocks away featuring Italian coffee and breakfast / lunch goodies and brick oven pizza on Fridays.
Inclusions
The home comes with electricity, gas, water, internet and telephone landline. No need to plan for any extras. The gardener comes once per month to tidy up and the 翻譯中文
