Affordable housing under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) is available to eligible tenants. These properties are privately owned and endorsed by the State and Federal Government scheme, which provides new properties at discounted rents to eligible low and medium income earners.
1. PRINT and complete your application and attach the following:
- 100 points of ID
- Current proof of income
- A copy of your NRAS registration letter (not older than 6 months)
All documentation is to be given to the property manager at the open home or via email.
2. Please ensure all documentation is FULLY completed, if not fully completed it will not be processed.
3. Application processing takes approximately 7-9 business days.
