My house is new fully furnished with all the requirements for a family. The rent I am asking is $1,500 and that includes everything ( Foxtel internet electricity water etc) it's in a very quiet neighbourhood it's a 3 bedroom townhouse safe for kids but no animals is allowed and no partying as it's a very quiet neighbourhood and don't like to much noise.
2-minute walk to the bus stop
Close to the restaurants and Shopping Centre
All private schools are around the area with a very short distance
20-minute drive to the City
Within 20-30 minutes to the beaches
Also have big park available with swimming pool, picnic area in a short walk distance.
Locked up garage and off street parking also available
House is fully secured
