This one bedroom unit is set back from the road at the rear of a well maintained group of 4 units. It has a separate lounge and a kitchen/dine and a full bathroom with laundry facilities. There is a private front and rear yard both of which are reasonably low maintenance and one carport. This is a very pleasant unit and being set at the rear of the group is private and peaceful. No pets.
