This beautiful house, which flows over two levels, has stunning Pittwater views looking out towards Scotland Island and beyond, and is situated on the waterfront in a protected bay. The entry is off a gorgeous paved courtyard and opens into a large combined living and dining room. A wide partially covered entertaining terrace flows from the living room and takes takes in the amazing view. The kitchen, which also opens up to the terrace, has a large pantry and gas cooktop as well as another small dining area.
Also located on the entry level is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, main bathroom, large laundry with washing machine and gas dryer, study with built in cabinetry (or this could be used as a bedroom) and another bedroom.
