It's a large room with a very large built in wardrobe (perfect for a girl!) which has access to a shared en suite.
You would be sharing with three other professionals who are all super laid back and wonderful people. We get along together very well and I'm looking for someone who would enjoy living here.
The house is on quiet street with plenty of on street parking.
A bus stop is about 10m up the road to the city, Woolworths is a 5 minute walk away and La Trobe is about the same distance. Given Terrace is about a 10 minute walk away and the city is about a 20 minute walk.
It's a great room and I'm willing to negotiate on rent just to get someone in!!
