Buy this apartment before I buy it!
On first inspection of this amazing apartment I was thinking it's a great investment. You can't go wrong with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 car park, plenty of off street parking, only 1.6k from the city and within walking distance to South Bank and West End with low Body Corps and a good rental income.
But as I wandered through the open plan lounge, past the modem kitchen and into 1 one of the 3 bedrooms, I was thinking what a great place to live! I could take one of the buses which runs past my door into work leaving the car at home and either rent out the two remaining large bedrooms or set up as office and guest room. The options are endless!
Do your research and you will find that you will not see a 3 bedroom apartment this close to the city with no work needed currently on the market. But be quick as I can't see this apartment lasting more than a couple of inspections! 翻譯中文
