Hiya,
I've got a large sized room in a large, older style home for rent.
The house has a double garage, a monster backyard, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom. The house is fully furnished.
Current housemates are shifting out into their own home, and need somebody fairly soon. I keep late hours, but am generally a very quite housemate and for the most part you wont really notice me. No dogs (sadly), and smokers are welcome, but please don't do it indoors. Bond is 600$.
Very close to the Maribyrnong river, parks, gardens, jogging trails, in a quiet, well developed and pretty part of Essendon. Buses about 100 meters away.
There is also a smaller bedroom available for rent if you are interested in a cheaper room. Features Furnished
