My owner has loved living in her top floor apartment in this boutique complex. This home is a haven of peace and tranquility away from work, and the hectic delights of the inner City, yet provides wonderful access on foot to everything she needs for an easy low maintenance life.
The location is superb. If you are not familiar with it Watson St, this is a private little enclave overlooking the green swathe nature that offers walks, bike paths to the wetlands, tennis courts, local cafes and local shops atb oth Turner and O'Connor.
You will very much appreciate the difference in traffic flow and noise here, there is hardly any. On this side of Northbourne you can still get a park, still sit on your balcony in peace at night and just look out to the wide blue yonder and leafy green tree tops or stare at the stars and not realise that you are in the city. If you know Watson St you have probably wished you could live here - NOW you can!
