Close to Coogee Beach, a stone step away from Randwick Junction, Centennial Park, UNSW, Prince of Wales hospital, Racecourse, and public transport that will take you pretty much anywhere you need to go.
Open plan living with a tidy kitchen and a good sized, light bathroom. The living areas are furnished with TV, DVD, fridge, microwave and internet and phone.
There is a coin operated washing machine in the building and a communal clothes line.
This unfurnished bedroom has been freshly painted and new carpet laid. The room has natural light, high ceiling and blinds on the windows. This art deco room can fit a double bed and a storage unit. There is a built-in cupboard in the living area that I would be happy to hand over to use as extra storage space. The apartment is at the back of a quiet block so very peaceful for those weekend sleep ins!
